Popular TV actress Vaishali Thakkar suicide at her residence in Indore city of Madhya Pradesh on Sunday.

TV serial actress Of Sasural Simar ka Vaishali Thakkar dead body found in her residence in Indore city of Madhya Pradesh on Sunday, police said.

On 15 October 2022, Vaishali Takkar committed suicide by hanging herself in her home in Tejaji Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Her body was discovered by her father on 16 October 2022. After the investigation a suicide note was found in her bedroom, stating that she had been harassed by her former boyfriend Rahul Navlani.

TV actress Vaishali Thakkar, committed suicide at her residence in Sai Bagh Colony, under Tejaji police station limits in Indore,” an official said.

According to police investigation, a suicide note recovered from the spot indicate that 29-year-old was harassed by her neighbour, who is now absconding, they added.

The actor reportedly took the extreme step at around 12.30pm, according to police. On getting the information about the incident, the police rushed to the spot

“A suicide note was also recovered from the spot that suggests that she was stressed and was being harassed by her neighbour Rahul Navlani, who is a businessman,” the official added.

Assistant commissioner of police (ACP) Moti ur Rehman told news agency ANI: “Rahul was Vaishali’s neighbour and the suicide note indicates that he used to harass Vaishali Takkar, because of which she took such an extreme step. She was about to get married to another man and Rahul troubled her for that. The police are currently investigating the case.

Vaishali Takkar was born on 15 July 1992 in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh . Her parents name was H.B Takkar and Annu Takkar. She had one brother named Neeraj Takkar (born 8 September 1996). 

She was an talented Indian actress who mainly worked in Hindi television. She was known for her famous portrayal Anjali Bharadwaj in Sasural Simar Ka, Shivani Sharma in Super Sisters, Netra Singh Rathore in Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara and Ananya Mishra in Manmohini 2.

Vaishali Takkar debut television series was Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai which telecast on Star Plus channel. This serial was one of the longest running tv serial in which she played one character called Sanjana from 2015 to 2016 (approximately one year).

In 2016, she acted as Vrinda in Yeh Hai Aashiqui which is famous for it's serial theme song ye hai Aashiqui form Aashiqui 2 movie. After playing role in Yeh Hai Aashiqui, she got a role in Sasural Simar ka.

From August 2016 to December 2017, she portrayed Anjali Bharadwaj in Colors TV's Sasural Simar Ka opposite Sidharth Shivpuri and Rohan Mehra. After sometime this serial got highest TRP because of script and actors performance accross the indian television and this serial came in the list of top five longest running tv serial in all over the world.

After that she also played various role in different tv channel and serial like. In 2018, she was cast as Shivani in SAB TV's Super Sisters serial. 

Next, she enacted the role of Netra in Colors TV's Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara opposite Arhaan Behll who is one of the phenomenon indian tv actor.

From November 2019 to June 2020, she portrayed Ananya/Mansi in Zee TV's Manmohini 2 alongside Karam Rajpal and Reyhna Malhotra.
